    Total Quantity per some creteria

    Hi All,
    Pls see attached relevent file.
    i would like to get the Total Qty as described in column D per name and per relevence and will repeat only once.
    I had tried counif formula. however, i guess I'm missing something.
    I'll appricaite your help,
