Highlight alternating rows in groups based on cell text

Hi,
I have a sheet that I need to alternate highlight row groups by address in column C rather than every other row.

in this attached example:
rows 2,3 & 4 would be gray then
5 & 6 would be white,
7 would be gray
8 & 9 would be white
then so on and so on

Could you give me rule for this? Because you want highlight rows based on address in C column but address in rwo 2 is different than row 7.
If you want do it like in your description select your data, run Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells Rules, Equal To.., and from Format cells that are EQUAL TO select first cell from C colum where is the first address of the group of addresses, next choose favorite color and OK,
and so on.....

Hi,
This is a small sample of a much larger sheet so doing conditional formatting with each group of address is not going to be efficient. If that's the only solution I'm better off just eyeballing each row and highlighting manually. I'm looking for a one highlighting formula that I can apply to all rows based on changes to the address column.

in CF but there are some single rows with different addresses, so I think this is halfway only
