How to set conditional format for column E, H, K correspond to those names in Row 11:13?
Rank 1 set to RED, Rank 2 Blue and Rank 3 Green.

Sandy,

Actually the values at Column E,H,K do not affect the conditional format. The cf only depends on the 3 names in Row 11:13. I delete those figures this time to avoid misunderstanding.
