Excel Lookup/COUNTIF/SUMIF Questions

I am creating an excel spreadsheet for my wedding guest list. I have five columns right now: Name, Address, Phone Number, Guests, and RSVP. I also have a table on the side showing how many total guests we are inviting, how many people have RSVP'd yes, how many RSVP'd no, and how many we do not have an answer for yet. The trouble I am having is with the "how many" part. I know I can use the COUNTIF function to count how many Yes' and No's, but I need the formula to take into account how many guests are coming and come back with that value based on the number of guests. I have attached a picture as well. Any help would be much appreciated! Capture.PNG
