Comparing cell value to a table then extracting data from second table column

Sorry if I don't use the proper terminology. I'm trying to create a BattleTech table...if anyone remembers that game. I have an "Engine Rating Value" on my front tab. On my second tab I have BattleTech's Fusion Engine Table which includes Engine Rating Values, manufacturers, and corresponding weights.

What I need is for a cell (B7) on the front tab to compare the cell above it (B6) against column A of the table in tab 2, then for B7 to populate itself with the corresponding tonnage (column C of the table).

Does this make any sense at all? Help!
