Maximum cumulative value for the consecutive 3 days of data in 1 year period

Hi,
I have daily rainfall data from satellite for 1 year period (See attached). I would like to calculate the maximum cumulative value for the consecutive 3 days for whole period (1 Jan to 31 Dec).

As I am not mastering in Excel, so I just try it manually (one by one).
1. I calculated the cumulative value for the consecutive 3 days i.e. 123 Jan, 234 Jan, 345 Jan ... 293031 Dec.
2. After that I will look the max value from the result number 1.
3. For example OBJECTID number 1 (in the excel file), the max value is 104.134

Is it possible to do that using direct formula, without to do it one by one? If possible it would be helpful.
Because I have daily rainfall data from 1981-2016 and need to calculate the max for all data. I will use this data to see the relationship between daily rainfall with flood hazard return periods.
