Moving of grey column following today date in timing plan

Hi,

I have a function which is checking start date and end date for activity and following this two dates is coloring the cells in the timing plan (have a look for attached file).
Anyway I would like to modify the function (if possible) and everyday to change column following today date. As you can see I have colored the column O by greay color because today is 13.01/.017. At Monday will be 16.01.2017 so I would like that on Monday the grey column will on column R.

The function used in english is =IF(AND(K$5>=$I7, K$5<=$J7),$H7,"")
