Index data and return it in date order but only show the first 6 results

    Hi There,

I have a spreadsheet that has a list of accident details (sheet name - accident input) This data is referenced on the driver report sheet by using cell C4 to lookup the drivers name, and fill the table "Accident Brief Details" Cell C8 however it brings up the first 6 accident details of that drivers name. What I would like it to do is bring up the latest 6 by date order.

As you can see in the Accident Input Sheet "Aldons" has had 10 accidents but the "Driver Report Sheet" pulls up the first 6 I need the latest 6 starting with the most recent at the top going down the table.

I input the data on the Accident Input Sheet and would rather not have to sort this as Newest date first, I prefer to keep it a newest accident last.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks

I found a way to resolve this by changing the formula SMALL to LARGE.

    Thanks

Nope. I can't see it. If you are having difficulty uploading a workbook see if this helps.
