text to column with odd format

Hey Everyone,

Im working on making an auto format for a spreadsheet however the sender is using a strange format for date. Due to this I am having issues getting the date and time to separate into individual columns. Also I need to make specific zeros disappear.

For column A This first two zeros need to go but the second two need to stay, for column j the four zeros need to go, and for column p I need to separate the date and time into two columns and then reformat the date to "mm/dd/yyyy"
