when two conditions true get values

My database as follows,
date time close open my date my time close value
01/12/2016 00:00 5 2 01/12/2016 00:00 ?????
02/12/2016 2:00 3 8 06/12/2016 9:00 ?????
05/12/2016 5:00 5 0.458
05/12/2016 23:00 2 6
06/12/2016 8:00 3 4
06/12/2016 00:00 1 0
06/12/2016 9:00 0.582 0.25

if My date = date and my time = time i need to take close value. Answer is 5
