    Maybe I'm missing something - (wouldn't be the first time) but you appear to be saying that all the values from 85-100 should result in a 1.
    Hence if so, why do you want two if tests?

    Richard,

    I think the OP uses a comma instead of a decimal point, so 97-100 equates to 1.1 and 85-97 equates to 1.0
