Extract Data From One Workbook to Another Workbook

I have a workbook from which I need to have another workbook extract data to a table that meets certain date criteria and a text criterion. Example: Workbook1 has "dog" in A1 and the date 2016.12.12 in F1. Since A1 has "dog" and F1 has a date within the range of 2016.12.01 & 2016.12.31., it would extract A1:F1 to a table in workbook2—or, if anything a specific cell as a start point. The number of rows may vary. For instance, the month of January may have seven rows extracted, and the month of February may only have one.

Any help or point in the right direction?
    THANKS a BILLION in advance!

Re: Extract Data From One Workbook to Another Workbook

I’ve attached a sample workbook. The table in it will expand over the course of a year, so I need a formula that would extract rows within a date range by month in column N. (Example: date range 2017.01.01 to 2017.01.31 in column N) and meets "BBA" in column A to a separate workbook. The start cell would be A43 of a separate workbook.
    If I put 2017.01.01 in column N for rows 4, 5, 6, 7, & 13, to a separate workbook, and "BBA" is in column A, would the aforementioned rows extract columns A - D, & I - N respectively.
I don’t know if I stated this clearly. Let me know if I would need to elucidate anything.
    Thanks!
