Auto list of ingredients on food recipes

Hi,

I found a excel file on the net that almost does what i pretend, wich his a auto list of ingredients acording to certain recipes. The problem is that part of the file is made with macros and i dont want that because in the end i pretend to use this file as a gsheet.

Is it possible to choose the meals as i place in the first page of the example file? And such as the ingredients change according to the meal (with macro), the also change with my list?

This may seem a little confuse but with the example file i think you should understand better. The only thing i need is to choose the meals as i place the example in the file and not with the macro
