    Counting back, working days only

I have a communications plan template (which ive attached)

I have an issue date, and 3 review dates. I want the review dates to pre-populate based on the issue date

Ive already done something very amateur in the attached, but sometimes the result falls on a non-working day & I need them to always be a working day.

    What formula can I use?

    Use formule like this:

    =IFERROR(WORKDAY(O4,-3),"")

You can also take account of holidays sing this:

    =IFERROR(WORKDAY(O4,-3,holidays),"")

where holidays is a range of cells containing public holidays.

Well to start with you need to define what the dates are.
Are they a given number of working days or just days in your calculations?
Are they the working day before if it falls on a weekend, or working day after?
    What are working days ?
    what about bank holidays?
