I am looking for a formula (I have looked and looked)
That will display the "added" repeated occurrences
This is what I want (Manually entered)

perhaps with a helper columm,
F2 =IF(B2=B1,F1,A2)
G2= =B2&" "&COUNTIF(F:F,F2)
Although you have 2 draw number 228 at the bottom, I assume its 229
