    Need help with Conditional Formatting

I have two projects I'm working on and needing to do the same function in both. My question is going to be centered around the smaller data collection.

I have a table that corresponds to data points on a graph. K53:K57; L53:L57 are my data points. M53:M57 is my profit formula using the data points. N53:N57 I have listed a Y or N that it is or is not listed within the specific parameters I'm using. I would like to use conditional formatting for cells M53:M57 to highlight the highest profit points, but only format cells with corresponding 'Y' in L53:L57.

    I greatly appreciate the help!
