Hello,

I have read and tried spent hours trying several formulas but am at a loss.

The goal is to find a percentage which is based on the numbers placed in the range of cells, the total available cells within that range and the current date.

For Example. 10 possible days exist between 3-sept and 30 sept.

5 total "1"s are listed under "mozingo"

So if the current date was 1 Oct - only those 10 previous shift have passed with him being on the medic 5 out of 10 which should be 50%

"dudley" on the other hand had 6 out of 10.

What can i do to calculate that ?
