Highlighting a dynamic vacation Calender by conditional formatting

I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight vacation days taking on a dynamic calendar. Is that possible?
I just want to be able to enter the employee's vacation from / to dates in another tab and excel would highlight those days in the calendar when I filter their name one top. Please see attachment.
Please let me know.
