If your project has room for a helper column it will be simpler.
Array enter this formula in C10 (already done in the attached) and fill down until you get blanks. If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by pressing and holding Cmd while hitting Enter. (I am not familiar with Mac, but former posts say that's the way array formulas are entered on a Mac.) You will know the formula is properly committed when you see curly braces {} around the formula in the formula bar. You don't type those in yourself. Excel does it for you. If you do you will get errors.
