Formula to look in two different areas

I want to look in 2 different areas and if either area contains what I'm looking like "10" I would like a return of yes or no, but will be happy with true or false. I tried =ISNA and =MATCH with & for multi array. But can not come up with a formula. I am looking in area (AB4:AD17) and (B20:E22).

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =IF(COUNTIF(AB4:AD17,E7),"Yes",IF(COUNTIF(B20:E22,E7),"Yes","No"))

E7 being the cell you type the number you want to check for.

    Or try this ...

    =IF(COUNTIF(AB4:AD17,10)+COUNTIF(B20:E22,10),"Yes","No")
