    Formula to count how many AM and PM sessions within a date range using Network Days

    Afternoon..

    First time posting...

    Looking for help with a formula;
    I have a spreadsheet that works out the number of hours between 2 dates on business days within set AM and PM sessions;

    I am looking to adapt this formula to just count how many times a session is affected rather than how many hours: so how may Am and PM sessions.

    I have attached the file:

    current formula AM and PM sessions in column C and D pulling the sessions start and end times from B2, C2, D2,D3 and E3. start and end dates in column A and B;

    Example:

    Start Date: 17/10/2016 09:00 to 18/10/2016 13:00

    Am sessions= 2
    PM sessions= 1

    Hoping someone can help
