=TODAY()-1 Excluding Sundays

Hello all

Hoping someone can help. I have a spreadsheet where I'm using =Today()-1 and =Today()-2 and so on so that I can display the last 7 days worth of data. Is there a way I can do this that includes Saturdays but excludes Sundays so I don't get blanks in my last 7 days of data.
