Timesheet question

I have a time sheet issue I have been trying to fix.

Cells Q27-Q33 sub-total data that is entered. I am trying to get those cells to be blank and only display when data is entered.

I can enter a formula where it accomplishes that, but it jacks up the totals data (area in yellow) for Finance Department.

Possibly a formula in the totals area (area in yellow)?

Anyone have a solution to my problem?
