Combination of Terms and Groups

I'm in search of a method to create combined words and groups from a set of columns I provided an example of this problem within this post. The goal is to get what's seen in column R and in column S from the information in columns B-F. The process is to add all the core words(column D) to each of the seed words(Column E) and all the location words(Column D). In addition, there will be two words one singular and one plural but both will be within the same group much like the setup seen in Column R. I attempted using If statements, If statements with concatenate formulas, and even attempted at creating a macro but they haven't produced the desired results.

I'm not sure I'll think of your seed in this way. Your purpose is to combine the columns together into combinations of string? But this is quite a long way and so my formulas. Because the formula is too long, so I do not want to post on this. Anyone interested can download and research to provide better solutions.
