Help with conditional formatting

Hi all

I am trying to apply a conditional format to cell based on the conditional format of an adjacent cell:

basically if for example cell B1 (percentage) has a conditional format set to change to red if below a certain number, how can I automatically change cell A1 to change to red too?

I have attached a file for ease of explaining.
