conditional formatting for same date

please kindly help sheet1 is the original sheet. and format1 and format2 is the solution. could u please how to
set conditional formatting to become solution sheet named
format1,2

You can create 3 rules
1)

Formula:

=$B2=$B3 

limits for left, right and top and apply to $B2:$F13 or $B2:$B13 (format1 and format2 respectively)
2)

Formula:

=AND($B2=$B1,$B2=$B3)

limits for left and right and apply to $B2:$F13 or $B2:$B13 (format1 and format2 respectively)
3)

Formula:

=AND($B2=$B1,$B2<>$B3)

limits for left, right and bottom and apply to $B2:$F13 or $B2:$B13 (format1 and format2 respectively)
