    Multiple Nested If Statement Error - Urgent Please

    I need help with a formula for employee time clock data. I need a statement to calculate the time between start of shift to the first rest break. Sometimes the break is missed and I want it to reflect 3.5 where it is missed, but it is currently in the wrong place in my statement. Around 669, the formula is incorrect because it is looking at the second or third rest break that is missed. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
