I need to use a formula with conditional formatting to programme blank cells to turn red or amber if values haven't been entered with relation to various dates. For example, 'training plan 4' has an end date of 01/09/2017, and if a Yes value hasn't been entered within 6 months to the end, I want the blank cell to turn amber to act as a prompt so that I know if something needs to be followed up, and to turn red with 3 months left to go for the same reason.

Is this possible? If not, are there other similar alternatives?
