Using Conditional Formatting to Match Scheduled Days Off

Schedule.PNGHello! I work at a hotel and I have a problem of tracking my Housekeeper's days off after I make changes one week so I want to create formatting to highlight cells that say OFF in red if they don't match the reference cells of their actual days off if that was listed to the right using Serial codes to mark. I was trying to think of how to do this using the WEEKDAY Serial codes (Mon-Sun).

So pretend my days off are Monday (1) and Tuesday (2) but I am scheduled this week Wednesday(3) and Thursday(4) - how can have my incorrect OFF days change the color of the cells?

Thanks Jeversf - it looks like you put a formula within the cell which doesnt allow me to type in the shift each week. Is there a way for it to recognize that a cell does not equal "OFF" and change the color of the cell or text?

You can delete the formulas in the cells selfcloathing, I only put them there to test the formula. the conditional formatting is only dependent on the header (row 4) and the days off (columns K & L).
