Hi there hopefully someone can help. i have placed my question here although it does include a marco question.

i have a form which people are to fill in when requesting us to carry out works for them. within this form are the usual date, name, contact, job details etc. all of which will populate a single sheet (Other sdu Works) i don't want the populating to be carried out until the user pushes a button (send) at which point i need it to check the form and not send if cells have been missed. if its ok then email two people informing them that one has been submitted and carry out the populating.

once the other sdu sheet has populated i want to select from a drop down a employee to deal with the works. once i have done that i would like that job to populate on their own work book and send an email notifying them. then any changes they make self pop back to the other sdu workbook.
