Formula to display # in cell if a cell in front of it has a #

Please see attached workbook for example. Columns B-J highlighted in green is what my current report looks like and Columns L-T highlighted in yellow is what I want to have displayed off to the side, but using formulas as there is a lot of data and this would be getting refreshed monthly. I have various clients listed in rows and stages listed across in columns. If a client has completed a particular stage, there is a "1" marked in that cell. Some cells are blank because that stage was not filled out properly in our system - I would like to assume that if a client has completed say Stage 5, they have also completed Stages 1-4, but there may only be a "1" in Stage 5 as of now. Is there a formula I can create off to the side that would fill in those previous stages based on the last stage they completed? Hopefully this all made sense!

I did it! Check out range A12:J18. If you want blank instead of zero just add a SUBSTITUTE or another nested if.
