Help with drop down lists and associated results. I think

Hi, Well as you may be able to tell by the subject line, I'm confused. I don't know if I need a function or a formula or something much more complicated. Anyway, I'd appreciate any help. Here's what I'm trying to do. I want to use a drop down list to have results returned. The results will depend on what is chose in the list. In my attached worksheet, I want the results returned in h5 to be 8% of d8 when conservative is picked in the drop down. And 10% if balanced is chose and 12% if Risk is picked. Can that be done? And if so can it be done without getting into anything to complicated. I'm barely an intermediate user so macro's and such are way beyond me. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Change the values in Column L to Match the values in your drop down and this will work.
