Sumif not calculating the right sum

Not sure I've ever run into this before, has anybody else and maybe know the fix.

It appears, the "13E2" and "45E2" are being converted somehow to scientific notation and when using Sumif, "1300" and "13E2" are being treated as equal, "1300"

Sum of "1300" should be 907, yet the SUMIF in Column C is returning 1176, a difference of 269

Sum of "13E2" should be 269, yet the SUMIF in Column C is returning 1176, a difference of 907

Sum of "4500" should be 3, yet the SUMIF in Column C is returning 10, a difference of 7

Sum of "45E2" should be 7, yet the SUMIF in Column C is returning 10, a difference of 3
