extract text to cell if dates match

Hello!

I have a column that has dynamic dates, and one column to the left of these dates there will be text.
I want extract that text into another cell, but only if another column which has static dates, matches one of the dynamic dates.

I have a quick example of what I mean, any help would be appreciated.
