    Formula: Skipping Cells

    Hi,

CR3:CR28002 <- All the cells in that range are formulated with IF criteria and "". Some cells generate data based the formula and other cells with generate "" (Blanks) based on the same formula.

I want a formula in MR3:MR28002 to display only the fields that has results from CR3:CR28002.

Any help is appreciated - thanks!

    Re: Formula: Skipping Cells

    Use this array formula:

    =IFERROR(INDEX(CR:CR,SMALL(IF(CR3:CR28002<>"",ROW(CR3:CR28002)),ROWS($1:1))),"")

Array Formulae are a little different from ordinary formulas in that they MUST be confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER.

You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around the outside of your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will (almost always) get an error message or an incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.

Don't type the curly braces yourself - it won't work...
