    cleaning up data

Hi, I'm aiming to copy a worksheet into MS Access. Online advice is to clean the data beforehand, using, eg Clean & Trim functions.

Or there are 3rd party programs to do it ?

Anyone been down this route ?

    Thanks

    K

Depending on what your worksheets look like, you may need to apply some VBA if your worksheet is large. Perhaps if you provided a sample worksheet with specifics, someone here may be able to develop some code for you.
