Return Multiple Unique Values In A Column

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to figure out a way to accomplish the following:

	A	B	C	D	E
1	Tom			Tom	Yes
2	Joe			Bob
3	Ryan			Joe	Yes
4	Bill			Ryan	Yes
5				Chris
6				Frank
7				Bill	Yes

In column A I would like a formula to populate the name of a person from column D only if column E says Yes.

As column E changes so will column A

Any help is much appreciated!

Try this...

Data Range

	A	B	C	D	E
1	Tom			Tom	Yes
2	Joe			Bob
3	Ryan			Joe	Yes
4	Bill			Ryan	Yes
5				Chris
6				Frank
7				Bill	Yes

This array formula** entered in A1:

=IFERROR(INDEX(D:D,SMALL(IF(E$1:E$7="Yes",ROW(E$1:E$7)),ROWS(A$1:A1))),"")

** array formulas need to be entered using the key
combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER).
Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key
then hit ENTER.

Copy down until you get blanks.
