Dependent Dropdown Data Validation

This question is different the other one i posted. This post its checking different data lists depending on output of one specific cell and then checking for a match and generating a drop down with multiple answers. The other question i posted checks 1 data list as all columns as a whole represent a specific answer and returns that one specific answer not a drop down.
