Vacation Accrual based on fiscal year and years served
Hi there folks,
I've been trying to work this for a couple days now, but am in need of a fresh set of eyes.
I am trying to figure out the accrued monthly vacation days based on Fiscal year against years served.
I've attached the spreadsheet.
It's likely an easy formula, I've just been staring at it too long.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Doing a lot of guessing the formula might be:If this doesn't work then I would suggest supplying a one or two manually calculated values so that we'll have a better idea of what you are looking for.Formula:
=DATEDIF(H3,TODAY(),"M")*VLOOKUP(J3,O$4:Q$34,3)

This didn't help, but that is my fault. What it did do was highlight is an error I had existing in the spreadsheet. In fixing that I was able to get the info required.
