Help needed with using multiple arguments

Hi. Could someone please help me with this? I am trying to create a formula, in one sheet, that is drawing data from another sheet (called 'Europe'), and that says 'If one of the cells in column A says 'France' and also one of the cells in column B says 'Lyon' then count the value in the same row in column C. I've been using this formula but it doesn't work: =SUMIF(Europe!A2:A20,"France",Europe!B2:C20,"Lyon", Europe!C2:C20). Am I missing out a + or some brackets? Help!! Thank you

    Shouldn't this
    =SUMIF(Europe!A2:A20,"France",Europe!B2:C20,"Lyon", Europe!C2:C20)
    be this
    =SUMIFS(Europe!A2:A20,"France",Europe!B2:B20,"Lyon", Europe!C2:C20)

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
