HI Members,

Can any one help me to get a formula for calculation Gratuity in excel as per UAE labor law.

Gratuity calculated as follows.

A. Less than 1 year no Gratuity
B. More than 1year less than 5 years 21 days’ wage for each of the first five years of service

C. 30 days’ wage for each additional year of service provided always that the aggregate amount of severance pay should not exceed two year’s wage[/B].
