Pls see attached relevent file.
i need to transfer column D to normal date (MM/DD/YYYY).
I have tried to use left/right function. however, the excel doesn't read it as a date cell.
I'll appricaite any help,

This worked for me...
Select the range of dates
Goto the Data tab>Text to Columns
Click Next twice
In Step 3 of the userform, under Column data format, select Date
In the drop down list select YMD
Click Finish
