Post a file showing expected output so we can clearly understand what is required.
Just 1 letter in a cell? Or are there words/string in the cell and you need to find a specific letter inside there?I want to search for letter a in a big table

its a table like this but it will have numbers and I put in a when I know someone is available so then I only want to see whos available when......
listing all the details with that person. Hope this makes sense. Thank you
Can you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
in attached as result, I dont want to filter....manually
if theres a formula that could it for me auto in another sheet...

I have a 20kb file download size limit.
Your files are way too big for me.
attached a more simplier view.....smaller file, with results tab of what I would like to see once I have Vlookup in place...

What is the criteria for your selection? (it is probably there, I just cant see it)
Selection is any column (from L onwards) in a row containing an "a" (for available)
