    Needed: Formula to identify if any 1 of 3 colums identified are blank... thanks!

    See example spreadsheet attached... I would like the equation to populate 'Complete' if all identified columns are have data, and 'Incomplete' if any of the 3 identified columns have been left blank.

    Thanks in advance for your help!
