    Question How to solve this...Using AND /OR or something else. No idea! Pls help

    Preparing a cost sheet for Amazon seller.
    I have a column named as Item Size. The cells here are to reflect based on dimension & weight parameters whether it is a Small Size ,standard size or an Over size item.
    Please advice how to do this.Refer Attachment.
