Plotting the Yes once by eliminating the duplicate

Hello Friends

Please find the attached 2010 version file (Plotting the Yes once by eliminating the duplicate.xlsx)

I need to eliminate the duplicate `Yes' in column B and need to plot once.

If the `Yes' count between the top and bottom `#N/A' is odd then the `Yes' in light yellow cells need to plot at exact center (Example 5 in B9:B13 gthen plot in E11).
If the `Yes' count between the top and bottom `#N/A' is even then the `Yes' in light yellow cells need to plot at any one place of 2 centers (Example 10 in B24:B33 then plot in E28 / E29).
