Converting tabular data into room-by-room

Hi,

I have inspected a property and written up some defects.

I prefer to use tables to record data on a survey as this avoids errors.

When I come to write up the survey I need to do it on a room by room basis.

The As Existing template shows my efforts so far to convert a table to a room-by-room format. I'd be grateful if anyone could comment on the As Desire template, and how I can achieve this through formula.
