Looking at your file, you have 2 sheets with data that does not match from 1 sheet to the other??

What defines On Hand and/or On Project?
You have bar codes on Equip sheet that appear nowhere on Sheet4?

You also would probably be better off having this whole table going down only, instead of down and across - have repeat rows for Job ID with each Equip name on it's own row
