Copy / Paste Special / Transpose will do this manually.

Depends how many rows your data set has though.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Re: Formula for Converting data

    Thanks Special-K..

But the problem is not only regarding the first 3 columns which i highlighted in the sheet.
I need the transpose data from in each three sets of columns separately.
That means i have sub columns namely A1,A2,A3,A4 under the main columns CA,CB,CC,CD...
Likewise i have a huge data set.
I need to do transpose for each main columns(CA,CB,CC...)
If i follow your way then i have to copy & paste for each main columns CA,CB,CC,.. repeatedly.

Is there any formula to do this instead of doing repeatedly??

Thanks for your Time & Consideration..

    Re: Formula for Converting data

I have a similar situation and am anxious to see if someone can help you. I've ended up copy/pasting the data from a massive database in column B, posting the description of the data in column A, copying that description for THOUSANDS of rows then filtering it by the description. Being that I often times have over 60 thousand rows, it's cumbersome and time consuming to say the least.
