Database of products and auto generated quotation based on quantities choosed

Hi everyone,

1 - I have a big Database of products and i would like to have a file with all those products where Clients can place the quantities they want to buy, and on a different sheet according to those quantites a quotation be generated, ignoring all the products they didnt choosed.

Is this possible with formulas?


2 - Second question not so important, but in the same file would it be possible, when choosing the quantities (without data validation) with formulas some products have rules of multiples or multiples and minimum order quantities?

I attach and example of what i would want for easier understanding.
